Akathesia, help What can I take ?

I feel like I'm being tortured. Can't sleep cannot keep still, the worst is the feelings in my head like my my mind is writhing in a anxious state I can't explain how painful it gets.. Is this common in benzo withdrawl ? Iv taken ssri in the past but not for months and then only low doses so it must be the benzo withdrawl. What can I take ? Iv tried benilyn I don't know if that helped or just made me groggy. Iv never been suicidal but when it gets bad I can't see another answer

Yes, there are other posts on here about people feeling like their brain is being squeezed. I'm glad I didn't have that one. I'm sorry, it won't last.
