Amazing what a difference no cortisol makes on your symptoms...

I've had the same symptoms all day (which was nice as I've been cycling through them like crazy lately.)

 

In the morning I was so scared of them and now they don't bother me. I swear Cortisol makes it so much worse then it has to be. Lol. Withdrawal would be so easy for me if I didn't have this effin chemical anxiety crap

I totally agree. The adrenaline surges make it a lot worse.

Im sorry if this is too much info but not only does lowering cortisol help with mental symptoms but it helps the menstruation too!!  I had to wear diapers during that time of month cus i kept bleeding through every hour and i was a pms queen.  Now im almost back to normal!! I can feel my high cortisol has died down for sure!!
