I'm nerdybirdy. Slightly self-obsessed, yet terrified by the turn my depression has taken in the past 6 months. I'm currently not on any medication, though I've tossed around the idea. I also am a new "sufferer" of anxiety. I do, though, see a psychologist regularly and that has helped with some of the new onsets.

 

Id like to utilize this forum for mutual support, and as a way to glean some more insight into the lives, thoughts, and feelings of people who suffer the way I do. Hopefully I can learn from others, or simply, on some days, cheer myself up.
