cold and flu maybe

I feel like I might have a cold or a flu bug I don't think it's benzo flu but what can I take to help ease the headache and sinus congestion any recommendations I am tapering from. 05 xanax once per day

Usually I take NeoCitran. I think it's called TheraFlu in the USA. Has some tylenol in it with some decongestant stuff.

Hi tim,

 

I used a simple saline nasal spray to ease the nasal congestion with no problems. I also took ibuprophen when the headache was severe and again I had no problem with this.
