Any good short and sweet links about Benzo taper that explains how it sx's wax and wane, take months and get harder as you go down. He has all these big plans for my career Not that I can't be somewhat productive but I may not be able to dominate the Real Estate world. Some of you read my other posts and have been helpful. Wikipedia gives a pretty thorough explanation of what to expect in withdrawal. Maybe your husband should talk to your doctor....if he's a little ADHD it might be easier for him to hear rather than read through a long explanation. Hope that helps.

Yes, I still run. Although as of late it's been very difficult, not feeling up for it with all the insomnia. But usually I try to run 5 days a week.
