vibrations in my arms

I have vibration in my arms I feel like there's so much adrenaline is there any ideas on how to remedy this have other people also experience this I need to know that it's a withdrawal symptom I am on .05 xanax once per day with micro cuts tapering

Yes I have felt this when I was coming off Xanax and I did not know what it was then. When I came on this site, I read that so many BB's suffer with these vibrations.

 

For me , they have not completely resolved yet but they are less severe. I would have had horrible nerve pain alongside them. Hoping you dont have this ?

 

Rest assured that it is another withdrawal symptom and it will get better in time..  Baah humbug !!

Oh, yes.  Inner vibrations, which can affect any part of the body or the whole body are a hallmark symptom of benzo withdrawal. But like the others, it is harmless and it will pass in time.

When you say inner vibrations....did you have it where you felt it in your whole body?  Every night as I'm drifting to sleep, I can feel my whole body shake.  If I move, it stops....but it's disturbing when it happens.  I'm about 5 weeks post jump from clonazepam.

I get vibrations in my upper body when I wake up from sleeping....even if I take a short nap I get the vibrations...very uncomfortable feeling....one of many in comfortable feeling...this is one heck of a journey. This certainly builds character and perseverance.
