currently benzo-free !! yay! yaaay!

well, it wasn't a quick taper, but it wasn't that spaced out. I originally wasn't taking them daily, in the first place.

At one point, I did get dependent on them , & that's when I knew I had to taper off of them. Thus far, I do have certain s/x's that bother me, but I had more s/xs while taking the benzos smh. It was interesting , while tapering off.

I would see windows & get more of a positive energy about the whole thing.

I knew I was cool to finally be benzo-free, when mentally I thought, I didn't want them anymore. They gave me more s/xs while taking them . It sucks , because we want the anxiety to relieve itself & we became utterly dependent on those meds. If I had only did the research beforehand, but ,  I won't dwell on it.

It's exciting...cool & refreshing to say I'm benzo-free....it wasn't easy. :smitten:

Currently, in tht whole post w/d club...eh. I figured these benzos would still want to give me crap.
