Clonazepam taper 0.5mg for 2 years

I am new to this site and am need of some advice. I was put on zoloft 100 mg and clonazepam 1.5mg per day for panic disorder 3 years ago. I have weaned off the zoloft successfully and am now ready to wean off the clonazepam. I have been only taking 0.5 mg of clonazepam per day for the past 2 years. How can I best taper to make this a smooth process?
