planing my 10mg ambien taper

Hii, i'm 24, i'm on 100mg surmontil and 10mg ambien since january 2014. I want to start my taper with benzo first and get the right schedule. So i'm here to get some advice. Hope to be the next success story! Hope that everyone here would reach the point of total healing and write his success story too <3

I hope you are the next success story, too! I stopped benzodiazapines one year ago today. I went through a horrific withdrawal but today I am 100 percent healed. I am wishing you the same success.
