Starting new withdrawal process after having quit too fast two weeks ago

Hi all,

I have been taking diazepam for nine months in total, and quit in two weeks bc I was advised to do so. I have been taking 10 mg before going to bed. Since I quit, I have horrible sideeffects, anxiety, depression, muscles twitching, constipation, feeling restless in body and mind, irritable, foggy Brain etc. Also more then often no even sleeping at all during the night.

Now I am considering starting again (I have been of them for 2 weeks now) and starting with a taper of 10% per week/two weeks.

Is this a wise idea? I cannot endure these feelings any longer...
