Food Sensitivities

Anybody develop food sensitivities during taper?  If I have any amount of dairy I blow up like a beach ball.  I'm bloated a lot but dairy really makes it bad.  Wonder if this is withdrawal or age setting in.

I cannot tolerate any MSG since this journey started and have trouble with sugar, too.

I also get bloaty and nauseated after p having cows milk products.

Since this stuff works on pretty much everything, I chalk it all up to Wd at this point.

Did an allergen and micro nutrients test and am not sensitive or allergic to most things.

GI problems are common in withdrawal.
