Question about experience with withdrawal symptoms

I'm really curious, how many people's withdrawal seemed to die down or get better early on, before coming back even worse? I have read a few people on here who seem to have done well the first month before withdrawal came back harder than before. I want to know if I should be preparing for a fallout, because its been 3 weeks and other than some emotional unbalance I am feeling okay. But people who were on klonopin for the same or less length than me, on lower doses, seem to have been dealing with withdrawal for months. Maybe I am in the calm before the storm. I'm worried.

I just hit the worst wave of my life at 14.5 months out and I'm still in it. Hopefully you are just a fast healer and you'll be fine.

I'm sorry you are going through a wave like that, hopefully it passes for you soon.

I've experienced withdrawal on SSRIs and some antipsychotics and they went on for a few months, which is why its surprising me that I had two weeks of the worst withdrawal pain with the klonopin and now it seems to be going away.

You might be in the clear. Its really hard to say. I took K and, like you, thought I was in the clear. Then at 6 weeks all hell broke loose. Let's hope you're one of the lucky ones...

I had pretty steady improvement from (near) the beginning.  Week 2 was better than week 1.  Month 2 was better than month 1.  My trend line (yes, I kept stats and a graph) was always positive, although there were days (often several of them) where I hit a wave.  I'm now approaching the end of my 11th month and no relapse (knock on wood).

Like you, my worst physical stuff was beginning to resolve by the end of my first month.  The physical stuff was 80% over by the end of my third month.  The emotional stuff took longer, but I was fortunate to not be devastated by prolonged overwhelming panic or depression.

Thanks everyone for the replies! Helps me feel better. It's hard to tell what's the withdrawal and what's all my other issues to be honest, i was messed up even before the klonopin. Hopefully it continues down this road.

My first months were on a steady incline of getting better, I backslid SLIGHTLY...mainly just mental and then was SLAMMED with worse than acute symptoms....still stuck with the worst you could imagine...although its ranging from horrible to unbearable....so I guess that is still waxing and waning...lol
