I hit a wave yesterday and it got me feeling so sensitive, depressed, very obsessive, even a little paranoid. Are these feelings typical? Its like all my problems became worst, and things that i thought i was over with (like my ex) came back full force..

 

How long can these last? I stayed in bed all day long depressed as f.....
