Back On Track

After a 2 and half week hold. I started tapering again. Back in the summer I thought if I could be under 1 mg a day at this time it would be a great success.

 

My emotional and mental symptoms are worse than actual withdrawal symptoms which are not fun either but tolerable. If I can learn to not let this get the best of me mentally I think I can make it. Holidays are freaken tough at times. So far the actual withdraw symptoms are not too bad, especially in comparison to others.

 

Just an update because I have not been here for awhile. It's nice to check in from time to time. You guys are the only ones I can communicate with that is going through or gone through the same thing.
