Would some Cyclobenzaprine help with recovery? i am crawling out of my skin and my whole body is so tense. Dont want to feel worse.

I see that you're taking Lexapro.  I didn't feel any relief until i upped it to 20 mgs.  All my anxiety went away.  Does your doctor want you to stay at 10?

Watch out for flexiril, jumped my heart rate and kept me up all night, though sedated.

I wasn't taking benzos at the time but I was on mirtazapine and flexeril did the same (and more)  to me. When I mentioned this at the doctors office  they said they see this a lot with people who are on antidepressants.

I take methocarbamol it works pretty and isn't as strong as flexeril
