anyone feel as if morning dose makes you worse?

I feel worse all morning and into the day and by 6:00 on I start to feel better which is 12 hours after I had taken morning dose. could there be a connection there. I just feel so sick all morning with gut and head etc. the Valium seems to make me feel sicker

Yes definitely I agree with you. I do feel worse after I take my dose of valium 2mgs. It usually comes on about 2 hours later and I begin to feel the anxiety , nerve pain and odd feelings. Im tapering off Ambien for past 2 weeks also. I begin to feel slightly more myself by evening time.

 

It can only be one of the withdrawals that is talked about here - interdose or tolerance withdrawal. Here's hoping when I'm benzo free it will become that bit easier and clearer.

I also feel worse after taking my 2 mg in the morning, i wake up at 5 every day, take my 2 my 2 mg and go back to bed, when i wake up one or two hours later, i feel strange.

 

Wake up with strange feeling in my body, confussion, shaking and theeth chattering .....

 

Same when i take my 2 mg at 1 in the afternoon, about 2 hours later i feel strange and it,s always the worse between 4 and 5 in the afternoon.

 

After dinner i feel a bit better.....i go to bed around 10 in the evening take 5 mg and in the morning the whole circus begins again.....

 

I want of so badly i have been tapering a bit fast, but i feel bad with and bad without.......

 

Wondering if i should take my afternoon dose in the morning? And taper from there?

 

Any idea,s?

I have fast tapered down recently and find that although I am nervous about this, scared for the future etc. I think that I feel better without the drug even sitting here on 2 mg. My stomach feels better. I wonder if the drug just doesn't work after a while and leaves you with side effects and a "dependency" that you have to caretake. Maybe in some instances there is no more anxiety to be had even when you drop, you were already there That would be a good thing. Anyway stay strong everyone and I'm gonna knock on wood now.

I don't know if it has anything to do with your morning dose, but feeling extremely symptomatic in the morning and then gradually better as the day goes on is very, very common.  It was my pattern for a long time.

well I think that I will cut mostly from morning dose from here on out and see what happens. Just tired of not feeling well at all during the day and then at night feel like I can do anything.

It makes me sicker too, that is why I'm crossing back over to xanax to finish this out. I hate Valium.
