I had a terrible week at work at home, my husband is in the hospital now. I feel that I have to be responsible for everything and that scares me...in my house is a total disorder as in my mind too... I am ready to give up... yesterday I had vertigo, too many... I am scared; what I should do? Please help!!!!

I am so sorry. I am in a bad phase too. I had all kinds of awful symptoms during my taper from 10mg V but only since I got under 2mg did I have vertigo and crushing depression.

You need to have as much support as possible. I just told all my relatives the truth and that I needed their help to get through this, I am 61 so I have adult nieces and nephews and they have really helped. I had my wife read "Recovery and Renewal" by Bliss John, she really got on board after that and has been great.

Just go slow, do one thing at a time, take off time from work if you can and need to, ask for help if it is available, if your husband is in the hospital and they know your situation maybe there is some kind of home help you can get,  and maybe hold at your present dosage until you feel a little more stable.

God bless. You will get through it.
