Any other constant symptom shufflers?

Sometimes I kinda feel like I'm alone in withdrawal because my symptoms shuffle A LOT and its hard to track my progress like other people with constant symptoms that slowly trickle away. I always have at least one constant symptom...anxiety, breathing/OCD, and now cog fog...but all the rest cycle so damb fast!!

 

Just wondering if there are others out there??

I have symptoms that have gone and others that come and go. New ones come in to. I think it is pretty common.

Really? Hie fast do yours shuffle? Other than my main symptoms the minor ones shuffle daily. Like today in between cog fog episodes I had a rapid heart. Then it would be replaced with cog fog.

 

A few weeks ago it was fear of psychosis shuffling with breathing issues. That lasted 3 days lol. Its just so confusing!! I never know what I'm gonna wake up to.

I get it daily too. Not right now though. I was getting it daily at about 3 months off till now. The past week has been constant and scary!

It's common.  I often say I feel like a human pinball machine and wherever the pinball hits my new symptom starts and my old one goes away.  Good luck

Your still so early....month 3-4 were so tough on me.  Just try and lower your expectations and accept what each day brings.  Easier said than done I inow.

I know I'm "early". But I don't want to be suffering as long as most people. If I do, fine. But telling people they are early could delay a lot of people's healing. Maybe. I think part of this is psychosomatic after a while. I will let you know if/when I get there.

...and the hell? Woke up today with cog fog gone. And now I feel anxious!! I haven't felt anxious since like...month 1!!! I am so confused!!!!
