Worst wave yet at ~ 5 months off?

I'm about 5 months out from stopping the daily use, and about 2.5 months from any at all (I took a couple of rescue doses).  So I don't know what official month I'm at.

 

But I'm in one of the worst waves yet and it's lasted so far for about 3.5 weeks.  Main symptoms include depression, DP/DR, ringing in ears, head pressure, trouble focusing, and very short temper. I haven't felt this on edge/angry all the time since my last drop. The DP/DR is bad though... at times I find myself not even recognizing who I am any more.

 

How do I know if this is a wave?  How do I know this isn't just "me"?  Will this wave end??  Is it normal to have such a big one so far out?
