Crossed over Completely - V more stimulating than K?

I'm crossed over from my Klonopin to Valium but I don't know if it is just me or can Valium be a more stimulating Benzo? Most claim, doctors, forums and people I know on Benzos that Valium is much more sedating than Klonopin.

Has anyone else found the opposite?

Thank you kindly. :)

It was more sedating for me at first, then that all went away.  But I wouldn't discount what you are feeling.  I've seen too many "paradoxical reactions" to these drugs.

I certainly wouldn't count any possibility out. For some reason taking Lorazepam makes me very depressed, Flurazepam makes me happy and Clonazepam makes me energized.

Go figure.

Interesting, yeah, Kpin makes me lethargic and I could sleep for 8-10hrs if I take too much, but the Valium doesn't seem to have that effect on me. I don't know what's up but I guess it's just benzo land...

I am the exact same way... If I took lets say, 1mg or 1.5mg of Klonopin at night, I would be knocked out flat for 8-10hrs as well. I'd wake up groggy and out of it too. The Valium (only at 10mg = .5mg K) doesn't really have that affect, and I'm not going to experiment by taking a massive dose to find out either. Played that game and LOST.

Thanks for the support!

Love BB!!!

My insomnia and anxiety is far worse on Valium.  I wish I had not crossed over.

I've also found that my insomnia is worse as well.

What is the deal with Valium? Is there something in there that makes it more difficult to sleep?
