Tingling

I seem to have developed tingling, a sort of itchy tingling that I have not had before. All my family members say its about time I went back to the doctors as I'm obviously getting worse. My anxiety levels this morning were so high I could not breathe. I went or auricular acupuncture today and I could tell she thought my symptoms were just anxiety and she deals with substance misuse. When I tried to explain how my nervous system was all out of sync, she said it's just me not having the diazepam in my system to dampen my anxiety. My brain actually feels itchy, tingly, sort of crawly.

Can anyone explain if and why symptoms can get worse at this stage (7 months)?

I would say its withdrawal...last month I had bug crawling feeling always worst when going to sleep. I too, feel I'm getting worst or different symptoms also have tight throat feeling it almost feels like allergic reaction to something....it's hard not to react when the symptoms keep popping up......

Hi there the itchy , tingly is an anxiety symptom , I've had it on and off for months but have noticed it coming back more during withdrawal . Hope this helps

Since the nerves have been hijacked by the benzo drug, it takes a long time for them to get back to their normal state. I had a new symptom of terrible nerve pain in both feet pop up in September, almost seven months off Klonopin.

Can't explain why but can say that I get the tight throat thing and the hard to breathe thing a lot.
