I am sorry that you are crying sweetie. Although I did not have this I have read the same from other members in the past so it is not that uncommon. The other things you describe are quite normal as well. I know, they are awful symptoms to have. Remember all of this is just temporary. There will be a time when this is all behind you. :smitten: :smitten:

Bennie:

If it makes you feel any better (or maybe worse), I have a BB friend who cried every single day for 9 months. And still does. When she calls, I can't understand her because she is so weepy. Personally, I think a good cry can be the best medicine. Who wouldn't want to cry after getting stuck with benzo w/d? It's quite common and I'm just awaiting my turn. So cry your heart out sweetie. Feel free to PM me anytime at all. hugs, Bets

I dearly know how you feel. I don't think there is a day that's gone by especially in the last number of months that I have cried everyday.  Somedays I cry a wee bit.. some a lot. The physical pain you are in is awful.  I too have those symptoms.  Do cry if you need to.  Bottling it up hurts more..has for me anyways :-[..

I wish you a better day tomorrow.

Those crying sleeps were so exausting ...I had them T the begining of my taper off this garbage...

I would be like okey one minute and then I would start to cry .weep...my husband would tell control yourself...and I coold not....I was needing to weep for a while in order to be okey afterwards.....

Also I get that if my husband suddanly turns on some movie on tv that used to make me happy in the past....I start to cry and go to hide myself in my room.....

Its just so sad.....

Hang in there Bennie. Remember you have been making fairly large cuts so it's going to take time to adjust. Mood swings with lots of crying and apathy are very common...at least for me.  :)

Thing is, I've been better mood wise during taper than before. Klonopin depresses me and that's lifted in last week. My cuts are 10% and I'm holding longer than a week now.

It's the week before my period, so that doesn't help. Nor does throwing away the car keys. OMG, can't believe I may have done that! (I posted that elsewhere). Or dropped them in the front yard and that was the clanging noise I heard while my husband was mowing. It's kinda funny, actually. :P

RUGER,

I HATE THE APATHY!  I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS FEELING ON THIS LEVEL IN MY LIFE.  IT REALLY SCARES ME!

I'VE HEALD FOR THE LAST 6 DAYS, & I THINK IT HAS HELPED. NOT FEELING AS MENTAL.

HEALTH & HEALING TO YOU,

FLUTER :smitten:
