Vibration in ear, and GI issues?

Hey guys,

 

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

 

I have been getting a vibrating/fluttering in my ear in the evening as I lay down trying to go to bed. Not sure if this is part of WD, or if this is just anxiety/nerves?

 

Also, I have this issue where in the evening I have very small bowel movements, but in the morning, within 1 hour of waking, I have a very urgent need to have one, and it's usually very full and stool is soft.

 

I had a period when I was on z-drugs, benzos, and seroquel, where I would have pure diarrhea daily. That has gone away, but now it is this.

 

Can anyone comment on this?
