Hello,

 

I'm joined this site to get some withdrawal support, I take 0.5 mg of Clonazapem, I'm to use it as needed but since my anxiety is so high right now. I've been taking it daily every time I feel anxiety but there is times I try to talk myself out of needing one. Just feel at the edge of my seat all the time & it's uncomfortable...

Taking benzos "as needed" is something that often leads to dependence on these drugs, which are very addictive.  It's almost always best to find other ways of dealing with one's anxiety.
