The worst thing for me is the sense of helplessness I feel.    I'm afraid of everything and I lack the motivation and confidence to do anything.

consequently, I follow my wife along like a pathetic puppy.

 

I've gone from a highly active runner working as an analyst at a computer company, to a retired iPad junky.  I sit around because I cant't figure out what to do.  This has all happened in about a year...

 

Once in a while I will have glimpses of myself, but they are infrequent and seem like a mirage.

 

Who else feels this?  Thanks!

Totally exactly like that, Jerry and have been for years but worse while tapering, I think.
