Dear all,

I bought The Benzo Book and read it but found it on google this morning for free.

 

I am posting it for anyone who wants to read it as the writer was on this site at some point and tapered from Xanex with c/o to Valium. He covers pretty much all that we cover here but it is an interesting read and well written.

Wow! There is so much info in this book! I have printed out some of the pages. I esp like the tables where he tells how much of each 5mg and 2mg pill you need to get a particular dosage, as Im math challenged!  And there's a table that tells you how many 5 and 2mg pills you will need for a whole week's supply at the dose you are at! Brilliant! I printed that out too. These tables are at the end of the book. This is a game changer for me Moya  Many thanks!
