Extremely dry skin

Is it just me of is your skin very dry? I am noticing that the skin all over my body is extremely dry. My face seems to be the worst of it. Is this part of withdrawal symptom or am I just noticing it more?

Its wd. Its robs of us collagen. My face is so dry i can wipe dead skin all day long. The rest of me is dry also, dead skin all over my feet. Arent these just wonderful medicines.

I think it may be the benzos, not necessarily withdrawal. I'm going to look into what might help. I'm thinking fish oil or Glucosamine condroitan.

 

My scalp is the worst. I used to have beautiful skin, now dry skin peels off my face. Every time I rub it or blow my nose. Dry, dry, dry. I need a good scrub down and then oil to replenish.

iv4 been off 3 yr, skin still dry.

 

last week i was so itchy it kept me up all night.

I have the same problem, never had this problem before I went into tolerance and started tapering.

Even lotion doesn't seem to help...

Yeah I had problems with it too. It's much better for me now. I like this line of Greek soaps that have olive oil in them. You can buy it online in different places, that was just a top web link on a Google search. Kind of expensive, but worked well for me. Smells good too IMO.
