Yesterday was the best day in MONTHS

I exercised twice...Rode the bike for a half hour in the morning and then another half hour in the evening.  Otherwise no change.  Maybe the exercise evened me out a bit and lowered my anxiety.

I dunno.  In the evening I felt 5 out of 5...
