Symptom check

I've been pretty good haven't needed to post on the board lately but one lingering sensation is in my throat like far back . I have the sensation of the far back of my nose and throat gets clogged . Feels like where nose or airway passage and throat come together if that makes sense .

 

Anyone experience this plugged sensation ?  I'm thinking gerd and post nasal gunk but it's annoying and leads to a bit of panic .. Thanks in advance

Miami ... makes a lot of sense ... with head pressure I got a lot of sinus and ear pressure as well ... and a lot of "dripping" ... and the sneeze that doesn't happen and ends with a spasm in the throat ... confusing and sometimes scary ...

 

And it goes away ... many have posted about this ...
