Diazepam in the morning

Hi everybody!

Today I was asked by a friend why I am taking the diazepam tablet in the morning. I started to explain that this is how the doctor prescribed at the beginning. She was surprised and shared her experience. She was taking diazepam for 2.5 years just before sleep. May be it's correct because I'm feeling sleepy all the day, especially after lunch.

Most users quickly become tolerant to the hypnotic ("sedation") effect if diazepam.  Its unlikely it really is having much effect on you at this point.

 

But there is very little risk if you want to try skipping the morning dose and see if it makes any difference.
