Feeling light headed and just tired of this whole mess

Have felt light headed for 5 days now and panicky and wearing down 4 months out and it's like its picking up with every thing.Just tired of this feel sick and no energy stomach messed up pains in back legs cramping going to bathroom a lot just feel worn out does it let up and please what is with the light headed if I move my head left to right its like my head is heavy please please please how long does feeling light headed and dizzy last.

It does go away and get better, I still have s/x at 8 months, but the dizziness would hit me in waves and so did the panicky feelings. Some of my panicky feelings was like watching time drag on during the day trying to think how am I going to get through today feeling like this, and am I getting ready to have a panic attack. Those feelings have come down a great deal, I have made big strides since month 4 so hold on it will get better just stay strong!

I have exactly the same symptoms just so fed up and exhausted all the time even simple things are so hard.....I hate it....

Carterbradly ... can't say how long any one wave lasts ... all I can say is that each one did end ... and nothing for me was "linear" ... round and round it went ...

 

And things have gotten better ... for me it was a one day at a time process, sometimes one hour at a time ...

 

All I can say is that there is healing going on ... and it takes as long as it takes ... as much as I could I would try to focus on "going slow" ... trying as best I could not to add more stress to what I was experiencing that day ...

 

We each find our way through this ... we just need to accept that it takes as long as it takes ... the "beacon" for me was knowing others have made it through ... and so did I ... and you will as well ...

Thanks for the help I just feel like I'm by myself and I am I have family they just don't get it going to watch the stress thanks.you give me hope I need that very much appreciate it.
