Need to take an antibiotic. Will I stay wavy after?

I have been pretty close to s/x free for a month or so.  Went to doctor and needed to take an antibiotic called metronidazole (flagyl).  It does not appear to be a fluor..whatever that is. 

 

My question is, if I go ahead and take the meds but it makes me wavy, will I return to normal after the dose ends or will I fry my CNS.  This is for bacterial infection, so I prob need to finish the dose, but curious if should do anything.
