Hi Dolphins!  I'm sorry that you're feeling down.  I think a lot of us have been pretty freakin' depressed/anxious.  I've certainly been there.  At times the spiral has seemed endless.  The only good news that I can offer is that is does end.

I'm just like you, jumped 2 days before you and have same symptoms, severe depression and housebound because of anxiety. Hang in there we could turn a corner soon !
