When my anxiety is strong.....vs when it is not...

When my anxiety is strong, interdose WD is characterized by increased anxiety...I know doh right?

 

However some days the anxiety isn't that strong, but I just kind of feel weird interdose.

It is a weirdness that is hard to explain.  Maybe a cross between Derealization and Depersonalization

and brain fog.

 

Am I alone?
