Hi!

Yesterday I have cut a little bit from my 2.5mg dose of Diazepam. I am not sure how much because it is quite hard for me to cut from a tablet of 5 mg. I have read her on BB many info about liquid titration and other methods, but I can not fix it.

Now describing my physical estate: I am feeling bad, bad bad... I have tremor, I feel waves of cold, I had a panic attack in the shop, I am feeling sleepy, my heart is beating faster, I have a strange taste on my tongue... are all these normal ? What methods do you know for decreasing all these symptoms?

The symptoms you describe are all typical for benzo withdrawal. 

 

It would probably help you to have a better feel for how much you are cutting off of your dose.  Reducing your dose by too much may cause harsher withdrawal symptoms.  Are you able/willing to obtain a scale?  They only cost around $20.

From the morning I've tried to cut with an edge (or blade I don't know if it is correct) and I found it's perfect and can help me.

So you also feel your cut of V the next day?

I dropped 2 mg yesterday and having a splitting head ache and feeling so warm and tired....

 

Still 10 mg to go, want of quick, can,t stand the V , it,s making me aggresive  and out of control.

Today I'm better. I think in my case Rexetin helps me to be more calm. You know there are days in which I want to cry but I can not because of these piles.
