is this w/d or Gut issues

I am having such a hard time being able to figure out if my severe gut issues are most of the cause of my sx or if its from w/d.

 

I had H-pylori and then Small intestinal bacteria overgrowth summer of 2013. treated and then both infections were eradicated. I was left with severe "IBS"

 

I am going back to GI on Wednesday because my gut seems to have gotten worse again. I know that these infections can cause a lot of head sx but I am really so confused as to why I feel SO bad every single day and then feel better by evening. That's gut and head.

Well...since you had issues before I definitely would get it checked but I have developed food intolerances with this process and so much stomach issues. I had some stomach issues pre benzo also but realized it was bad diet related. The benzo use and into wd and now wd have brought on a whole other set of issues. My diet is very limited bc my stomach can't handle much. And even when I do eat what I know my stomach can handle if I eat too much, I get severe GI episodes. Like, I can't get full at any time bc this will send me into a GI wave. I have actually stopped eating in the morning bc for a while there no matter what I ate I got terrible stomach issues. I just wanted a break, ya know. But now it's a little better as long as I stick with my diet restrictions. The stomach thing has been really hard to deal with  :'(
