Anything physical revs up symptoms

How am I supposed to exercise?  Anything I do, like cleaning, walking, going shopping.....anything outside of leaving my bed or couch causing severe symptoms, nervous system hyper-excited, panic, sweating, anxiety....

I was doing good for a while...trying to handle it, but I'm getting so frustrated that I feel better laying in bed....I don't want to be bed ridden, I want to be physical....anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, I went through the same thing. Lasted about two months for me, and then I had to force myself to get up and moving. Im glad I did, because I think it helped me a lot.

Do what you can, but don't give up and just lie in bed. Doing that is no good for the body or mind. May be baby steps at first, but that's all right. And keep reminding yourself that all those crazy symptoms are just that - symptoms.

I, too, went through the same thing. I could not do anything that would increase my heartbeat in the lease, which pretty much meant I could do nothing physical. Around the third month I was able to do short walks. I kept adding to that each month and I am 11 months out and can do anything within my physical limits. I recently even got a part time job that requires me to be physical through out my whole shift. I love it after spending months on a couch. Your physical capabilities will improve and time moves on.

I have this, I only feel half decent when I am laying in bed or on the couch with very little stimulation. Its hard trying to deal with a family this way.  Even my thoughts such as planning my week and appointments sends my stomach in flip flops.  I like to hear that it can get better.  However, I am still on .5 mg Clonazepam to get off yet.  :(

I was very active in sports and weightlifting and also did triathlons and Here I am only able to do about 20 minutes on an elliptical and if I go over that or do any other stuff like lift some weights it revs my symptoms up and I pay the price the next day it's incredible but I do try to do it everyday no matter what one foot in front of the other and it does help

I went through that, I still have trouble cleaning, when I feel my heart rate increase, I take a break to let It calm, then start again. I'm 16 months out and all I can do now is walk or stretch, I get winded just walking up a flight of stairs. If I get my heart rate up I will have a really bad night, no sleep and a weird restless energy feeling throughout my body, hard to explain. I was very active before all of this, surfed all day whenever I got the chance, ran, lifted weights, mountain biking. I actually couldn't even stretch for 6 months or so without pulling a muscle. I bought myself a rebounder just to help get the blood flowing. I have to take it easy with that as well, just light bouncing for a short time.

I used to be very active, and now I'm on a little over .5 Clonaz a day. The only thing I can seem to tolerate is a light walk.
