Does anyone find their whole body feels wrong?

I feel like my whole body is twisted up like a pretzel. It is the worst from the shoulders up.

I also get horrible bead sx that I am not sure I can even describe but basically pressure, heaviness, neck twisting and a constant screaming pain and whole head numbness and wild burning

It also feels like my neck muscles are so weak I can barely keep my head up.

Also I get this horrible dizzy spinning feeling and I break out in sweats.

My ears are also full and I feel like the pressure in my whole head is messed up like I can't pop my ears.

Is any of this normal

I also feel like my cheeks are pulling down and as if I am having a stroke or brain aneurysm.

I also get hot and cold sensations in my head

Yes, unfortunately, all those things are normal for benzo withdrawal. I had most of the things you describe, plus a whole lot more.

It really helps if you get a basic understanding of whats going on in your body, especially the nervous system, in withdrawal. Knowing this stuff helps you understand whats going on, and why you have these symptoms. Keep reassuring yourself that its all just temporary.

And keep distracting yourself as much as you can!

Yup, I'm getting all those same sensations.  It feels as if some awful giant monster has his fingers stuck pn both sides of my face and is pulling one side up and the other down.  I also feel as if parts of my torso are being pulled in different directions.

Years ago, when they said valium was not addictive, I got put on it by a dentist.  I started having serious pain in my face and those same pulling sensations.  I got on the medical merry-go-round, had shots to deaden the nerves in my face...nothing helped.  After a couple of years I gave up, quit going to doctors and got off valium (hellish WD).  Guess what?  All the problems went away.  IT WAS THE ##!!****!!! PILLS ALL THE TIME!  And here it is again.

Don't worry about it.  It will all go away.

I'm very sorry you have all of these sxs at once.  One that came on about 2 months ago, and come/goes for me is exactly what you describe - "My ears are also full .... like I can't pop my ears. "  I hate it!  :tickedoff:
