anyone have rough month 10? dark horrible? better at 12 ...wtf!

Just wondering if anyone had rough month 10 or if it's pretty nasty physically and mentally and be much better by 11.5 to 12 months?Get diff waves of thoughts sometimes deep dark impending almost like death and its aweful... Losing hope some things better some worse but waves get bad and then idk where the fuck I am in this whole process..

Oh and if you look at this page http://www.benzosupport.org/recovery_times.htm at the bottom it says "Setbacks in recovery were relatively common, with 74% of respondents experiencing them. Setbacks were most common in the first 10 months off benzodiazepines." So it's likely you shouldn't have anymore rough months if you get through this one

Thanks max. I've heard that also after ten and seen it on the charts hope so. And its mostly mental physical isnt bad and head stuff aches pressure waves ect. I'll Che k those out thanks guys really intense temp wave yesterday.

Glad to help I'm a week away from entering my 10 month so hopefully I only have one more bad wave to go through before everything's on the up and up and I can really enjoy Christmas this year

Me too,hoping by 11 to 11.5 months to see a better improvent or corner. Have a good thanks giving and Christmas.
