Temptation/craving? Is this normal?

I haven't taken any xanax in about two months and it's been probably four months since I stopped taking them daily.  I had a few rescue doses, but it's been since early September that I took any at all.

 

Then just now I have this weird... craving... to take one? I don't know why.  I'm not feeling particularly stressed or anxious.  I feel a little anxious, but nothing that would require a rescue dose.  I feel... bored almost.  But I haven't felt a "craving" like this since I was actually doing my taper.  What the heck is going on with me??
