Help I accidentally updosed!

I went to see the doctor today and he agreed to me stopping the cross over to Diazepam as I have been getting so many migraines. He said I can go back to Lorazepam but he wants me to cut a tablet in half and then top it up with liquid as he is still concerned about the liquid.

 

He gave me the info about how much liquid to take with the half tablet daily and I came home took half a tablet and was just about to top it up with the liquid when I remembered I had taken  some of my daily dose this morning. I think the doctor had forgotten that I have started taking some of it in the morning when he gave me the instructions.

 

I have worked out that I have taken .1mg too much. I am on .75 at the moment, today I have taken .85.

What is the best thing to do now? I thought maybe take .1mg less tomorrow morning?

I have been reducing by .05 every few weeks. Have I messed it up?

No, Bella, you haven't messed yourself up. .1 mgs is tiny. Just chalk it up to experience, and don't make the same mistake again. Taking that little wont hurt you or slow your taper at all.

I've done far worse in terms of upping my dosage my mistake and just kept plugging along without a worry. I never even noticed the difference. However, I bought one of the 7-day pill containers so I won't make the same mistake again. Hopefully. east is right .1 is barely noticeable. Try 10 mg of V, which is what happened to me?  Bets
