17 months benzo FREE

Just as stated in the ashton manual (but also in the forum) true healing occurs within 18 months. Although I've still small problems again I feel better than ever. now I can be aware for benzo hell. say that I am better than ever and we hope further progress.

For all members of B budies expresses a very strong support and I am here again to say stay tightly. I am greatly improved while feeling for months without hope. I'm just like a dead man. Now I sleep better, have no more anxety and I passed many  many obstacles and difficulties. For the moment i like to say: best wishes for the fiends of benzo budies. Hang on because healing happens.... I think I'm very close!  :smitten:
