I'm glad you're feeling better.  fwiw - I saw your previous (B12) post and tried to find info regarding B12 and benzos (or benzo withdrawal), but didn't hit anything 'believable'.

My doc did seem concerned about the B12.  Profound nervous system problems can occur with low B12.  I've trying to remember to take my supplements...

Be sure you take the B12 supplements as your doctor ordered, Jerryk. Taking too much of it can also damage the CNS.

I give myself B12 shots every month ( for a problem unrelated to withdrawal.) My doctor does a B12 blood level every six months and bases my dose on that result.

My level was down in the 200s, which is pretty low.  I haven't been good about taking it every day.
