Window or stabilised?

How do you describe the difference between "window" and "stabilised"? on Friday I woke up feeling so well after being so bad that I thought I had taken my dose twice. I counted my shaved tablets and no, I Did take the right dose. Since then I wake up feeling very well. I am holding at this dose for at least 4 weeks according with the BBs advises, just want to know the difference, since these last 3 days have been the better ones since I started tapering, exactly 2 months today!
