Is it the Lunesta? Help me please

I took Lunesta for 6 months. It stopped working so doc said I could just stop using it. Anxiety, headaches, insomnia, fatigue and it's been 6 months now? Am I losing it??!

Coming off Lunesta is similar to coming off benzos.  It should really be tapered and not stopped cold turkey.  It will get better, the withdrawal symptoms are temporary and will go eventually but it will take time.

No, you're not losing it. Lunesta is a "Z drug" - a kissing cousin to a benzo. It walks like a benzo, talks like a benzo, etc. And has a withdrawal. Your symptoms sound like classic withdrawal, to me. But you will eventually feel better, as you are healing all the time that you don't take another benzo or z drug.
