It definitely helps, just talking about it with someone helps to ease my symptoms although it isn't a cure it can help you manage your symptoms better. The only thing it doesn't help is when a big wave strikes and no techniques I learnt helped...

I have been starting a therapy and I think it's going to be good. I have gone 6 times now and soon it will be more frequent. I think I have found a good therapist and I also think that this time I want to speak as directly as I can. I went to therapy once but then it was of no use.
