WINDOWS are you 100% during these?????????

Question, When we all talk about windows?  Are you 100% back to the old you during this....?  Just wondering, I say I am in a window when my symptoms are much less but is that incorrect to say window then, while symptoms remain but on a much less intense level?....

What do you guys consider a window...  For Example,

For me I might have a mild headache but no brain fog

And mild anxiety but no intense fear, panic attacks, or intrusive thoughts.....that's  what I consider my windows.... Not completely back to my old everyday life but not in a intense down spiraling wave like most days jump to month 6......

Thanks much,    MJ...

Yeah I'm defo not 100% during windows, all my symptoms just become bearable, like everything is still there but it's so mild that I have control over my symptoms, it's mainly anxiety that slightly troubles me during a window but it won't stop me from doing anything. When I'm in a wave everything goes way out of control and all my symptoms are so intense it becomes scary :/

I have what I call "partial" windows because I always have dp/dr and memory problems. Sometimes my cog fog is better, but the dp/dr is always there.

Hi there,

I also seem to experience partial windows. Most of my symptoms are gone on a good day but I am usually aware of a niggling symptom in the background, for me that's nearly always light and sound sensitivity.

  • 4 weeks later...

i also have what i call partial windows because i still have some nagging symptoms like the neuropathy but even that is better in a partial window. i would say that i feel very close to normal even with some nagging symptoms.

when i am at baseline i am not in a window and i am not in a wave. it's just tolerable but i still don't quite feel normal. does that make sense?
