Tapering from Etizolam, .5mg / week

I am really sick of needing this drug and started a taper last week at 3 mg. I have been using it since June and steadily the doses increased and I've decided enough is enough. Anyway, last week went really smooth, no withdrawal effects at all. I have liquid solution so I generally dose .5 mg at a time. Things have not gone as smooth this week now that I'm down to 2.5 mg. It is still bearable though. I really want to stay at this drawdown plan, the sooner this is out of my life the better. I was wondering if taking Adderall helps or hurts the process. I am prescribed 60 mg a day and generally take 45-60 mg. It helps me get up in the morning for sure and keep me concentrated at work, also does kind of give me a bit of euphoria still but also may or may not increase the anxiety I've experienced, I'm not sure. I've also been doing heavy exercise. I've heard that drinking is bad, I'm kind of a big beer drinker, drink 5 nights a week usually a 6 pack or so. I just wanted to see if anyone else has withdrawn from etizolam at this rate or if I should go slower. I've definitely noticed pronounced shakiness while I'm holding things.
