could someone explain what people mean when they say "toxic sleep"?

Well in general i think it means that when u take a nap, or try to, u wake with increase in symptoms. Toxic feeling. For me ts a little different, i can NEVER take a nap. Once i start to reach the fall asleep point, i get a rush of anxiety and a very strange brain sensation...impossible for me to explain.
