Long term Clonazepam user

I've been diagnosed with a few varieties of anxiety disorders for the last thirteen years. Severe panic disorder with agoraphobia is the most recent label. I've made massive strides in the last year and am aiming to taper down a bit with the hope of getting my memory back! I am currently on 0.5 mg twice a day. I've been taking that dose for a few years but started at 0.25 mg in 2001.

I posted in the General Taper Plans forum. I've read the Ashton Manual but would like to try without the aid of another benzo first. I have no  doubt that method is good, but I have no doctor supervision and by the time I adapt to another benzo I may not be able to taper (an intensive program begins in January).
